Be Ready to Deliver

So, your prospect just said ‘yes please, I would like to buy your …..’. Now, what happens next will determine the relationship between your new client/customer and your company.

Do you have a process in place so that you always deliver in a high level consistent way?

I have seen both brilliant delivery and some not so good. I am sure you can think of a time when you were a customer and felt a bit flat at how you were treated after parting with your money.

These days, customer satisfaction is not good enough. Customers want that wow factor…. and the good news is that it doesn’t need to cost very much.

One of my clients receives a constant stream of letters and messages from customers who are absolutely blown away with the service.

Apart from delivering what the customer wanted and on time, one of their game winning strategies is to keep the customer informed all the way through the process. The customer knows when their job has started, when it is tested, inspected and dispatched. There is even a call to make sure the delivery went ok.

This has created a wave of raving fans who are telling others about this company who really delivers!
